JHT-888 Universal Power Module
₹130.00 ₹75.00
Yellow wire: connect to switch tube D level
Black wire: the ground wire is connected to the ground pin of the 300V capacitor
Red wire: voltage between 12-18V
White wire: FB is connected to the fourth pin of the optocoupler
Green line: start pin
Instructions
1. Remove the original power supply chip on the board (usually 8 feet), and
the switch.
2. Check the 300v capacitor, as well as the capacitance of the load side of the
package there is no drum, a problem on the first replacement.
3. Check the load side there is no short circuit, ad board, high voltage board.
4. Connect the module to the corresponding line, and carefully check that
there is no wrong, if wrong can cause the module burst.
5. Installed in the original location of the radiator, pay attention to insulation,
not short-circuit.
6. Power, measuring voltage is not the output, there is no output, then check
the cause.
Note
Before using this module, please check whether there is a short circuit at the cold end. Repair the short circuit first. If the capacitor, Please replace the bulge first. If the high-voltage package circuit is short-circuited, disconnect it first. Before connecting the module, remove the original. The power chip and MOS tube of the module. At this time, the electrode in the middle of the switch tube must have a voltage to the hot ground. The voltage is around 300v.
If the 3 pin of the optocoupler is not connected to the thermal ground, please connect the 3 pin to the thermal ground, and at the same time remove the peripheral circuit of the 4 pin. And connect the white wire to pin 4.
Troubleshooting
1. No output: wrong wiring, no wrong or missing connection, this can only
burn the chip, the load end is correct.
There must be no short circuit, and there is no problem with the optocoupler
2. The control of the optocoupler part is incorrect, pin 1 of the optocoupler is
not grounded, and pin 2 is connected to the vcc part through a resistor.
3. The heat is serious. If the tube has been used for less than 10 minutes
remove the cause of the heavy load and check the hot end,
The diode and capacitor on the side of the transformer are damaged and
the voltage is unstable and jumps: the load is too light or too heavy, the
voltage.
Continuous jumping means that the load is too light, and the hiccup is too
heavy. Generally, the voltage may be light when the load is not connected.
Micro-jumping is mainly caused by different transformer design. You can try
to connect the load, or at 5,
Terminate a 100 ohm resistor under test. Compatibility question: There are
many types of power boards, and incompatibility is inevitable
